The Oneiroi are Greek spirits.

The Oneiroi are spirits of dreams. They are all winged spirits that live at the edge of the world. When they go out into the mortal world to give others dreams they pass through one of two gates, one made of horn and the other made of ivory. Spirits that passed through the horn gate would give prophetic dreams while spirits that passed through the ivory gate would give false and meaningless dreams. The leader of the Oneiroi is Morpheus, the god of dreams.
